   Gareth handled my file for the purchase of my first home and I could not recommend him enough! I was extremely nervous being a first time buyer but Gareth took the time to explain everything to me carefully and I felt so at ease throughout.    Professional, responsive, thorough and approachable! Highly recommend! Being an estate agent myself I deal with a vast number of solicitors on a regular basis so when it came to buying and selling our own home there was no question where we would go. Thomas Partington at Glaisyers is by far the best conveyancer I have ever worked with professionally and his service did not disappoint when I became a client myself. We didn't have an easy ride with our onward purchase and were dealing with very abrupt and painfully slow solicitors on the vendors side. The purchase took a much longer time than necessary given we had broken the chain and the vendor was downsizing to a chain free property. I honestly think if we didn't have Tom working on our behalf we'd still be waiting for the keys a year later! Tom was extremely informative, communicative and responsive throughout the process. The service is a superior quality and for one of the most stressful times in your life, choose someone who is good and will act for you with integrity. Its so worth it! Highly recommend.

   I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied at the service I received from Kathryn O'Rourke and her team. They were efficient, easy to contact, prompt in responding, approachable, very knowledgeable, pleasant and they instilled me with great confidence at every stage of selling my house. Above all, they communicated in plain English and did not complicate the process with legal jargon, which made the whole thing much, much easier. I would recommend Kathryn and Glaisyers 110%.    Glaisyers was recommended by my broker as a new solicitor firm to work with. Our initial engagement seemed positive and very prompt. Kathryn O’Rourke is then appointed for my case. As my purchase was an auction transaction, speed is key. Kathryn was on point in getting over reports, messages and updates throughout the whole process. The level of service she provided was exceptional and very professional. She did a lot of work behind the scenes, speaking with seller solicitor, lender underwriter and broker, on top of that she provided me with relevant updates at appropriate times. Keeping me informed should there be anything I needed to do. This helped me keep calm. After a few phone calls and emails exchanged, my trust level for Kathryn has gone up. I trusted that when we hit an obstacle, we could find the solution for it. She did exactly that, while protecting my interest and safety throughout. On completion, I felt grateful that Glaisyers fee were very reasonable given the quality. I highly recommend Kathryn and have already started directing friends towards them for their purchases. If you are looking for a good firm to help you through your property purchase, do not hesitate to use them.
