Not just in terms of the knowledge and technical understanding of handling our projects, they really 'own' the project on their client's behalf. It's very reassuring knowing that someone is fighting your corner when other parties become sticking points!    If you like an authoritarian /patriarchal approach to business then deal with Bramhall solicitors . If you prefer a friendly respectful approach to dealing with your affairs (at what is usually a stressful time when needing a solicitor )then DO NOT use this company . Instead go to Mounteneys in the village who took over the work for me and applied the customer service and respect you would imagine you would get as a paying customer .

   We used this firm recently whilst going through a bereavement, we felt lack of communication was appaling, we had to chase them up all the time, errors were made that were picked up by family members, when we phoned up , we were promised they would get back to us, they never did, we felt we had a very poor and unprofessional service, will not recommend to friends or family, and will not be using them again.

   We used them for purchasing a house recently. They were reasonably priced and knew their stuff but their communication really let them down. There was no proactive communication from their side and we had to do all the chasing. Email correspondence was confused so I’d recommend calling- all calls were really helpful and professional. They also seemed to assume we knew the buying process even though we had explained we were first time buyers, so we were in the dark about next steps, timings and milestones etc.
