   The West Wickham Costa is my weekday morning routine and sanity. I am very fussy with the taste of coffee and the team have never let me down. In fact all the team are friendly and customer care focused, especially David. Highly recommend this Costa, especially for those wanting to work for an hour in a welcoming environment. :)

   Popped in lunchtime for a couple of drinks and a slice of cake. It was fairly quiet. Not very friendly staff. I'd probably go elsewhere next time for that reason. Cake was nice, strawberry and vanilla, drinks were average.

   I went it for a cookie and a drink yesterday, it was nice. Nice location, right in the high street. Staff were nice, sometimes away from the register. I like the seating options, there are plenty - we sat in the corner of the cafe, when you walk in and then left. Overall, I’d visit again!

   cappuccino was warm and very milky more like a Latte not happy Couldn't even Taste the coffee Because of too much milk Come back here again with my wife and son was a bit busy. Had to queue and wait to be served? There were some tables outside and inside full of cups, trays, tissues Culturally etc and a lot of mess on the Tables and on the floor 3 staff working so I was very surprised but one of the staff wasn't working. She was using the disabled toilet. For some reason I don't know why. outside. Where we wanted to sit outside. had Poo from a dog or something. Wasn't nice to see clean the table, put Tissues doesn't ask the Staff for. Put it on top of the Poo went to get a coffee, and all day breakfast wrap. My son seemed to enjoy it and the wife too The place looked Messed up specially the tables. Anyway, go there and try it for yourself That's my experience.

   Very busy when we visited, staff didn't seem to be adequately trained and took a long time to serve. As a chain, I feel the drinks & food are overpriced. Never enough staff leading to mistakes and delays.
