   Honestly, THE NICEST GUYS! Sometimes you can feel a little intimidated going to a garage for any car work. But not here at GLG. I heard about Peter and his fantastic team at this garage and MOT Testing Station, tucked away off Park Lane, Netherton (just past Aldi, up the end of the drive next to the petrol station), from my dad who has used this garage for years. I now travel a little out of my way to use them for Services, MOT, and any work needed because I trust them completely. They only do what is needed and they do the job well. And at a very reasonable price. Huge thanks to Ian and Steve, as I had a little MOT issue and between them they managed to sort it for me, Ian even putting himself out so that I didn't have to keep my car off the road. Can't recommend this place enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Outstanding service! I called at 11am to check MOT availability and they managed to fit me in the very same day. By 4pm, the MOT was complete, the car had been thoroughly inspected, and a failed headlamp had been fixed all without any hassle. The staff were polite, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. I’ll definitely be returning for any future work when I’m in the area.

   I visited GLG as my own mechanic had to take some time off and I needed a job done that couldn't wait. They had availability within a couple of days, which was fantastic. I was a bit nervous visiting a garage that I had no prior knowledge of but I trusted the Google reviews - am very glad I did, problem solved at the first visit and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

   Had my new 21 plate car parked in my work car park and this company came to collect a work van to be repaired. Put the van onto the tow truck with the band holding it, the band apparently randomly snapped and the work van has came of and smashed into my car. Don’t know how a bad can just snap. Clearly a reason. Company sold me a dream and said don’t go through the insurance and they will repair for me, valet car and a full tank of petrol. Next day came and it is 4pm and they still have not picked my car up. I have rang them, they have completely switched and said I should go through the insurance and now they won’t fix it. Absolute liability of a company. Dragged a young girl along and left my car in this absolute state. AVOID

   Got a MOT which failed on some small issues which they corrected professionally for me, then before they could pass my car the brake light came on and looked like could be an abs motor fault which is very expensive to replace, the mechanic tried to fix the issue, all week he had the car but when it came time to pay the MOT and the abs fix bill it only came to £200 quid, luckily the abs motor didnt need replacing and it was just a blockage, which was great, what a service, brilliant garage got recommended to me a few years ago by a work mate and been going ever since.
