This is the most unprofessional service I have had the misfortune of being apart of. Thankfully I am not thier client but I am having to deal with them as my daughters mother is thier client in court proceedings. The one particular solicitor I'm dealing with from the family law sector, known as "Natalie Miller". Avoid this firm at all costs. I've been trying to sort the same issue out since our last court date in October. Sometimes she doesn't reply to my emails for weeks on end. She can't provide we with the correct contact details to get in touch with the accounts team. You can tell she's being paid 1000s to try and prevent me from having a relationship with my child, but having to do it by sabotage, because she's is in a position that's way above her skill level or pay grade is absolutely disgusting. I hope this review saves someone else from the stress, sleepless nights and headaches they've caused me.
This service I have received is woefully inadequate I have called sent emails and haven’t had any response. All I’m trying to do is to sell a house what I’m asking a simple conveyancing but no one seems interested at all the only reason i’m trying to contact FDR is there I’ve been sorting out my mum and dad’s estate even that has been protracted and very difficult and at the end of all this we have been charged thousands of pounds
Poor service. This company has been phoned up for the last 3 weeks. Been told the solicitor has retired and only comes in to do certain cases now and assured he would phone back, as he is the person, that the person in question has gave details. Very disappointed, the service is shocking. I will try ringing again in the week.
I've used this solicitors for the best part of 20years. Lots of solicitors have left this year. I have been left very disappointed. Customer service is last priority for some. Had to ask for a bill to show what I have been charged for. Considering I have spent the best part of £8000 over the last four years I expected more. Like a phone call or reply to an email when requested. I don't think you should have to chase progress, everything is very last minute.
I cannot thank Vicki enough for the hard work she obviously puts in to conveyancing. Professional but with the customer at the heart of what they are doing. I ve always used FDR and will continue to do so. A law firm who works hard for you whilst bringing a personal touch.
