   I was involved in a bike accident when a car, without indicating, turned straight into me while I was filtering through traffic. Straight away, there was that usual stigma that it must be the biker’s fault. Even my own insurance didn’t back me and just accepted liability. That’s when I went to AWH Solicitors, and honestly, I’m glad I did. They listened, took me seriously, and explained things I never knew — like the fact that if a motorcyclist with an injury goes to court and loses, the claimant can claim the court costs through insurance. I would never have known that without them. They fought my case properly, kept me in the loop, and in the end, we won. I can’t thank them enough. If you’re a biker in the same situation, don’t give up — call AWH.

   I submitted a case in 2022 it has taken 2 years. I had to submit a complaint for the person in charge of the case to do something about it. Every 2 weeks I had to call to chase it and to email every 4 week to chase it. I felt that I should work there instead… My case finally has been settled and from £6,000 I received £975. The “invoice” it’s on an excel sheet you can clearly tell that he has done everything In order to give me the minimum.

   Do not use this solicitor's, they don't care and just want the money. I went with them for a housing repair claim, they didn't fight my corner properly. Minimum work was done and of course the mold and damp has come back. They took their money and ran! I didn't get any communication to see how the work went and now I've been chasing them for 7 months about the issues not been sorted. I've left photos through WhatsApp in August and they've still not been seen. Everytime I ring I get "well ring you back" they never do. Please do not bother, they are making this situation worse for me!

   Helped me sue my council back I'm march 2020 a court order was issued for things to be repaired by may 2020 STILL WAITING, my assigned solicitor keeps being changed without me being told ( 2 can play that game - I'm now looking into changing companies) , no communications form them

   PLEASE PLEASE be cautious of this company if you are using them. I am open enough to discuss further. I had a car accident and these were recommended solicitors. Not only were they distant with their communication but also SCAM artists! They had information following my accident and due to their neglect of filing and missed persons in my case, I was punished for this through the company. Not only through harassment of not doing so even though I had proved, but also taken money from through my claim because I had not contacted them regarding the person in speaking of and the time they had taken doing so. This was not the case. They have clearly STOLEN money from an accident I had and missed information they ignored. PLEASE PLEASE find another legit company to work with regarding a legal case. These are cowboys who steal clients money. If you wish to discuss my case further, please contact for further information.

   AWH have been dealing with my claim for the last few years, unfortunately I thought everything was going well until I started to dig, emails unanswered, deadlines missed. Then the Solicitor decides to actually settle the case without getting approval from us. Completely dissatisfied wouldn’t recommend to anyone now or in the future.

   Celina Maya dealt with my initial enquiry from the New Claims Team. She was fantastic and had a superb telephone manner. I probably wasn't the easiest of people to talk as I wanted to provide as much detailed information as possible to assist their assessment of a potential claim. Also my issues spanned a 2-3 year period so my none coherent and jumbled up recall of things probably made things more difficult than it had to be. But Celina handled everything like a pro, made me feel calm and allowed me to go back and adjust things I'd said, as well as totally understanding my situation. Couldn't ask for a better ambassador to represent the company on first contact. Just hoping I do have a claim and everything will remain as positive as this first contact.
