I rang them literally just now to seek employment advice due to a disciplinary hearing, the First Lady was very helpful she then transferred me to a gentlemen that sounds like he hates his job. Straight away it was a very negative tone and a 'Well the price is this are you gonna pay or not" that is literally how he spoke, in the end I hung up on him and told him he was rude. I hope to call back and get put through to someone else. How can you expect people to trust you to represent them if your rude when you represent your own company. He also kept saying 'WHAT?!" down the phone after he had talked over me- he seemed quite childish and catty and petty. He sounds like someone who needs to mature and leave their home life problems at home and not spread his negative attitude onto potential clients.
