   Obviously I will not go into details of my case but Nathalie from Simpson Millar has been by my side throughout what have been a very difficult few years. Her knowledge, advice and moreover tenacity to not just get closure on this matter for me, but get the right outcome has been way beyond expectations and previous experiences with other providers. Nathalie has been in constant contact with me with updates and reassurance, she has been professional, and despite having mountains to climb she has been efficient and determined. I cannot thank Nathalie and indeed Simpson Millar enough for fighting for justice for me and obtaining a very good result. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much.

   Following a personal accident where I tripped and fell due to a missing channel gulley in a car park, I contacted Simpson Millar Solicitors. They were very efficient at the start, although I noticed I was being passed between different solicitors initially. Eventually, I was assigned a consistent solicitor, Amy, who was excellent throughout. Amy was very efficient, kept me updated regularly via email, and sometimes arranged phone catch-ups to discuss progress. With her guidance, the entire process was straightforward and well-managed. Overall, I am happy with the outcome and would recommend Simpson Millar Solicitors based on my experience.

   Use Simpson Millar with first house purchase went will and completed and second house that we was going purchase for are son and young family the vendors put the house off the market and we had to start again, found a property and started to buy as it was presiding there two issues on land and planing permission so we pulled out, went for the third property as we start waiting for draft contracts Simpson Miller email me to drop are purchase. Please if you use this company there customer service is BAD .

   Avoid at all costs, currently in the process of using their services and communication is terrible. Emails are often ignore and I have gone weeks without any correspondence despite emailing multiple times stressing the urgency of my situation and attempting to call. Use any other solicitor because this is beyond a joke at this point.

   The team at Simpson Millar were excellent. Both the sale and purchase of my homes were completed by separate teams but were linked in well and although not always able to answer my calls, would always respond via e-mail / return call to respond my queries / concerns in a timely manner. Both teams were extremely thorough and professional. The service provided was also excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend. Although I am not planning to move again any time soon, would not hesitate to use services provided!

   I am so glad, that I chose Simpson Millar to oversee the selling of my house and buying the new one. Jessica Griffiths was very professional , helpful and a pleasure to talk to. She did everything possible and beyond helping me, giving valuable recommendations. The only downside was that she was not always available on the phone straight away, but it’s understandable considering the pressure during the Stamp Duty holiday coming to an end. I received all the answers in due course. I decided not to buy the chosen house after all. Once I find the new house, Simpson Millar will be my first choice. Highly recommended ! Victoria S

   I chose Simpson Millar and am so pleased I did. I liked them immediately from the initial calls when first receiving quotes. They provide great value for money. I had a change of solicitor along the way as my original one left. I dealt with a few different PA's but they were all good. There were a few communication issues with the change over but nothing major. It was never an issue that their offices were a long way from my home or the property I was purchasing. My solicitor Hayley Aspinall is exceptional. So professional and responsive and has amazing attention to detail. She made me feel like my opinions mattered and gave me lots of support during quite a difficult 7 months, always responding to emails quickly and chasing solicitors without ever needing reminding. She dealt with both sale and purchase and I would highly recommend her and Simpson Millar.
