Great service and communication: The staff are very helpful and explained everything clearly about the repairs needed (Sue is one in a million - give that girl a pay rise!) Honest and reliable: They never try to sell you unnecessary work and are upfront about costs (just pass your wallet over) Quality workmanship: The repairs were done to a high standard and my car is running perfectly now - as I have always wanted a go kart! Friendly and professional: Everyone at the garage was polite and courteous throughout the process - these boys need a bonus for all the work they get through! Quality Service: They always go the extra mile (especially if you are blonde and under 25!) Experience: We have been using this garage for years and would not go anywhere else - it is always good to give back to the community and it is nice that they give the older curly haired greying guy something to do to keep him out of trouble during his twilight years!

There, you get a "business" experience and feel like a "customer" in a very detached sense - you are often talking to somebody on reception about your vehicle, and often have very little contact with the mechanics who are actually servicing or repairing it. By contrast, going to Tune and Service, you do not feel like a customer but instead you feel like a valued individual. Any issue I have had with my car has been swiftly diagnosed and fixed, with clear, helpful, friendly communication throughout. It is clear that you are dealing with experienced mechanics, and the business is run entirely by Simon and his two sons. Should you trust this garage? Absolutely. Are the prices reasonable? Perhaps a little too reasonable. Should you use this garage? Honestly, I wouldn't use anywhere else.
