Best breakfast I’ve had! The coffee was amazing and the staff were very attentive and took care of all our needs (even helped me with recommendations of what to order as I am indecisive). I will be coming back here again, if you are looking for great quality coffee with good quality food and friendly staff, look no further!
A lovely spot for breakfast! I had breakfast here and everything was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavour. The menu has a really nice variety, whether you’re in the mood for something light or a proper breakfast. The coffee was great and clearly made with care. What I especially liked was the calm, welcoming atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff — it feels like a place you’d want to come back to regularly. Definitely recommended for a relaxed breakfast or brunch.
Food was amazing with fresh, tasty and excellent presentation and exceeded my expectations, atmosphere was up to trend. Staff was really attentive and very helpful to us when couldn’t decide what we wanted to have, everything was looking so appealing :) definitely recommend everyone to come here to have breakfast or brunch or just sweet with great coffee!!

Cafe on the Hill has become my regular weekend breakfast spot—even though I’m not a local! The food is absolutely amazing, and the quality has remained consistently top-notch since they opened. It’s clear they have the best chefs in the world out there. The owner and manager are incredibly friendly and respectful, and the entire team is always welcoming. Portions are generous, and whether you dine in or take away, the quality never drops. I recently ordered takeaway, and it felt just like dining in—the packaging was secure and everything arrived perfectly. Service is always fast, and I never have to wait long for my order. Generally it's a pretty decent place to get a fry up. Bizarrely they have the most gross sausages ever. They're hard, flavourless and just weird, let's the whole place down to be honest, given that most of their dishes involve sausages. Other than that the rest of the food is good and the staff are nice.
Absolutely love the American pancakes!! They get so creative with it! Been here quite a few times and the staff are so nice ❤️

We came across this wonderful little cafe on Brixton Hill completely by chance, we were early for a funeral in the church over the road and thought we would pop in for breakfast The food is top notch with generous amounts, all well cooked and served with a friendly smile. I had the veggie breakfast, other members of my party had French toast, eggs Benedict and also the carnivorous version of the breakfast I highly recommend this cafe!
