It's a great cafΓ© for studying. You can access wifi and charge your devices. The tea and brownies were delicious. The staff were friendly.

Really lovely and cute cafe/workspace. Chill music, nice atmosphere. If you come here to work, take headphones as you will be surrounded by cafe sounds and people chatting :-) had smashed avo on toast and a flat white, yummy!

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, delicious food and drink - went during the week and most of the space seemed to be reserved for people working remotely, and so we had to wait for a table but was worth it!

My favourite coffee shop in Brixton! Always a treat in the morning. Staff are lovely. Coffee very reliable. If only I didn’t live so close I’d have an excuse to go to their coworking space!

CAYA is unique. It has a tasty and reasonably priced menu made with quality ingredients, and it has a flexible workspace with good Wi-Fi and unlimited hot drinks. The days of cafe hopping and caffeine overdoses are finally over!

I needed somewhere to work this morning so paid Β£9 for a half-day co-working space here. I hadn't booked ahead but got a large table, plenty big enough for external keyboard and books, with lots of electric plugs, and unlimited coffee. WiFi was fast and easy to use - just a basic password, no account creation required. The coffee was good and the staff very friendly, coming round often to check if I needed anything. They let me bring my pet ferret with me and were very nice to her as well. I didn't get hot food, but the cake was good and came in a very large slice. In the past I have bought coffee beans, bread, and pastries to bring home and they were all good quality. The prices are typical for a trendy coffee shop. Note that payment is by card only. The facilities are fully wheelchair accessible, there is a baby changing table, and the bathroom is gender-neutral. Music is quiet and lighting is bright but not aggressively so. Pets are allowed inside, which was great for me, but maybe not if you have an allergy or phobia.

Good food and the best toastie we’ve found in SW so far. The service was a little off when we went (in my opinion- though there was a heatwave!) but otherwise good. Nice vibe not too pretentious but not run-down either.

Was cycling pass and stop here for a quick bit and the place was great small but good. Staff is lovely and reasonably price, had the avocado on toast with bacon great hand down.

London Coffee Shop for Digital Nomads-2 CAYA Randomly, I went to try this co-working coffee shop near Brixton station. And it is a good choice for people living in Brixton. Here I attach my review report for your reference. Category: Artisanal Independent Wifi: Reliable and fast, free to use Seating: Two separate areas, a cafe zone at the front with sofa and 3 tables, and a workspace at the back with 2 long tables and 3 small tables, 28 electrical outlets, and a small sofa space divided by a folding screen. Toilets: 1 for unisex Cost: They provide sandwiches ( Β£3.8-Β£5) and baked goods, and the coffee (Β£2-Β£2.6) The price of using the workspace is Β£2 per hour, Β£15 per day and Β£180 per month with bottomless coffee or tea, quite reasonable, isn’t it? Ambiance: no loud rock or pop music and the smell of food to distract your attention. And people in the workspace are quiet and focus on their staff. Surroundings: Brixton, located in the South London, is 30mins far away from the central London by metro, but it is a lively, multicultural area with Afro-Caribbean style. In the centre, there are banks and brand shops, cinema, shopping mall. And in Brixton market, they have diverse street foods, grocery and vintage booths, and lots of Caribbean or South American restaurants. Something special about the cafe: (1) They provide printer in the workspace, which you only need to spend 20p each page. It is much cheaper than that in a printing shop (normally they charge minimum Β£5). (2) You rent space in the back by the hour (Β£2 per hour) or the day (Β£15 per day) with bottomless coffee or tea) Address: 344 Coldharbour Lane, London, SW9 8QH (7mins walk from Brixton underground station) Opening Times: Mon-Fri 7.30am-5.30pm Sat-Sun 8.30am-5pm Peak Time: 10am-12pm It is away from the centre of Brixton (not in the central London), so it is not that crowdy and normally there are enough vacancies. Generally, it suits digital nomads living nearby and is value-for-money, particularly you like Caribbean style. However, if you live in other areas of London, it may be not convenient to access.

Fabulous cafe with additional pay by the hour co-working space. Wonderful coffee, food and smoothies. Staff are delightful. They also sell juice made locally from wonky fruit ensuring less goodness goes to landfill. Loved it!
