Decent brunch but my food had a piece of plastic packaging in it. There is also a 10% service charge that is not mentioned on the menu. Mentioned the plastic and service charge to the server when paying and the service charge got taken off but nothing else for the plastic in the food. To be honest I really didn’t care enough to raise a stink and I finished my meal but still not great for a venue with a 5* hygiene rating. Service was fine if a bit slow, also not all of our party’s dishes arrived simultaneously

I stopped by as I needed to attend a last-minute meeting and also wanted a refreshing drink to beat the Summer heat. The cashier was kind and prompt. I asked if it would be all right to take a meeting in the cafe after ordering and André (one of the colleagues) overheard my request and was especially accommodating by opening up a more private area for me to take the meeting. I ordered the tropical coco (mainly drunken in the last photo!) which was delicious and refreshing. Overall it's a charming, friendly establishment and I'm personally going to go back to try the food.

Stopped by for a quick takeaway lunch at work and was curious to try as had passed a few times after visiting Gail’s next door. Was met by the door by a staff member and before I could get in the door further she said “will be with you just wait there” or something along those lines so I waited which was fine. Fancied something quick and easy to eat so opted for the New York bagel which contains scrambled eggs, cheese and bacon. Requested bacon to be well done/crispy. This was the case however £8.40 for a bagel and the tiniest bit of bacon is honestly ridiculous! I know we live in London but that is shocking for what you get? The bagel outside was a bit moist and wet and inside was pretty tasteless if I’m honest. Some sauce or hot sauce wouldn’t have gone amiss but honestly really disappointed. As I placed the order the staff member told me to wait at the front outside, when she came outside with the bag to give me she shook it as if I was a dog to come and collect which I honestly was not happy about. When I thought about it afterward I was annoyed. It’s a rude gesture to make to a human and a customer. Overall: 4/10. Wouldn’t even return though I wanted to try their other dishes.

Great breakfast. We got there 10am on Saturday. I had the Reyes breakfast and my company had the chorizo, egg and onion bagel. The poached eggs were a deep orange, cooked perfectly and the avocado was creamy. The bread was soft and did not fight back when cutting into it.

The place was very busy when we got there but we were seated shortly after. The staff were friendly but looked very overstretched and tired. we ordered the classic breakfast and smoked salmon hollandaise on toast (with spinach and bacon sides extra). The portions were quite small though priced accordingly so my advice is to add a little extra to fill the stomach. The food quality is decent. We felt the place needs a bit of modernisation or good clean (especially the ceilings).

Lovely place for breakfast. Not extortionate and staff friendly and helpful. No need to talk about waiting times as so grateful to be served within a reasonable time at the weekend so I don’t have to cook breakfast! Food delicious!

If you didn’t pick up the name, the food here is inspired by Spanish recipes. So stick to those (ie not pancakes). My husband ordered the chorizo hash (clear winner) and I had the salmon bagel. The hash is excellent! The bagel however... well, to me you either do cream cheese or avocado, not both. So it was a bit too much. The food quality is excellent but the Americanos (coffee) were too bitter and strong. The service is outstanding, and so we’ll definitely try this place again and hope the coffee hits the mark next time.
