   Damaged my car. Avoid this garage at all costs. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. When I collected my car, both wheels had clear, curb damage that absolutely was not there beforehand. I left the car in pristine condition, yet I’m now facing £490 to replace the wheels, and even more to have them fitted, just to get it back to how it was. A complete waste of time, money, and trust. I contacted the garage on Friday and was told to email, yet by midday Monday I still hadn’t received so much as an acknowledgement. Their lack of accountability and total disregard for customers is astonishing. I’ll now have to pay £130 out of my own pocket to get the alloys repaired as I will live with a refurb to save money and as a result and they can live with this well-deserved negative review. Whatever glowing reviews this place might have, they certainly didn’t reflect my experience. This was genuinely one of the worst service encounters I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour: go elsewhere.

   Always great service, trustworthy and friendly. Had an emergency issue with my brakes, and they sorted it out the very next day even though it wasn't booked in. Special mention to Chloe who is always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.

   Wheels fitted a few months ago, returned today for a brake change. Great service both times—clear communication, quick turnaround, and they always do exactly what they promise. Dropping off and picking up is easy, they don’t keep your vehicle longer than needed. Really reliable and professional IMO

   Shocking customer service - then lied to black circles. Stated I was informed about the charges to remove wheel bolts, which was not the case, was only told about that after the work had been completed. Caused damage to my alloy and didn't inform me and has stated the damage has not been caused by them removing the wheel when there was no break dust in the damage after the tyres were fitted. The owner is deeply un helpful after me making arrangements to leave my car all day, them not being able to work on the car till the afternoon even though there staff are leaving early the problem is passed onto the customer. Won't be returning to the garage or using blackcircles again as if there are any problems, neither won't to help.

   After getting a 'check engine light' on my Abarth, popped here as didn't fancy driving all the way to the dealer with a rough and under powered car! I'm always a little nervous of garages with 'my baby' but Quicks had great reviews. Staff were all really friendly and kept me informed of with what the issue was. Good value and would definitely use again. Thanks guys!
