   Phoned the branch last Sunday morning to say I had a screw/nail in front tyre.Asked if they would be able to fix it today, yes no problem I arrived at 1pm on my way home by 1.30 So helpful Gave me a report on all my tyres They were able to fix the puncture and didn’t need a new tyre Not like three weeks earlier had the same problem in exactly the same place except on driver side Straight away was told not repairable and needed a new tyre (Checkpoint) Would certainly recommend this place (kwik Fit) A perfect job done with honesty and pride in what they do

   ⭐ 1 Star I booked a 1:30pm appointment at Kwik Fit (Nicholas Street, Chester) for a free tyre inspection after my tyre pressure warning light came on. I’ve used this service at Kwik Fit before and always received courteous and helpful service — until this visit. Despite having an appointment, my vehicle still hadn’t been seen by 1:50pm, so I politely asked for an update as I had another appointment later. I was told I was next. A staff member, Beth, then came to ask what I needed. When I explained that the warning light had been on, she abruptly told me it wasn’t on now. I confirmed I had switched it off to stop it constantly flashing on my dashboard. She checked the tyre pressure and returned saying they were done. When I asked for the readings, she said 28 and then told me they didn’t have time to do a full tyre inspection because “it takes an hour” and I had told them I had a 2:30 appointment — which I had not. I had clearly said 3pm, and if my 1:30 appointment had been honoured, they would have had more than enough time. She then added, in a very rude tone, that they “don’t normally do tyre pressure,” despite the fact that Kwik Fit has done this for me many times before at this same branch. When I tried to explain this, she repeatedly spoke over me. When I asked her to let me finish and pointed out that I was the customer, she rolled her eyes. I asked for her name — Beth — and told her that due to her attitude and poor customer service, I would not be returning. She simply turned and walked away. An appalling experience from someone displaying clear attitude and zero professionalism. I’ve always trusted Kwik Fit, but after this encounter, I won’t be using this branch.

   The guys were great! Sorted out my puncture and replaced 2 tyres really efficiently. They were friendly and extremely helpful and saved me being stuck up north an extra night. It was 3pm on a Sunday when I realised I had a puncture so I didn't hold out much hope of getting it sorted that day! I was offered a repair but decided to go for new tyres as they were getting low and they sorted it no problem - THANK YOU SO MUCH!

   I booked my car for service and payed for with them. And l got there and they refused to do the service because the can’t be bothered. Not very friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

   Excellent service. Received a phone call concerning why I was changing my tyres as I had plenty of tread on the ones I was replacing, informed them that I wanted premium tyres on my car. Also help me on another issue, will use them again and nice to pop into Chester for a coffee whilst waiting.

   Took car in to repair or replace a tyre with a slow puncture. Advised it'll take up to 3 hours so we left it there. Went back around 5.15 and told it was repaired. Left premises, tyre pressure warning came on and the tyre has lost 0.6 bar .... Took it back after a circuit of the one way system, no apology but pumped the tyre up. Came to leave for an appt in Stoke next morning and the tyre was down to 0.6 bar.
