Abacus we're great with us. We we're under immense pressure to get the house over the line in time for the new school year, with us moving 25 miles away. We spoke regular, sometimes 3/4 times a day they we're always great and really helpful. Moving house is such a difficult time, especially when you have two children and no onwards support in your new location. They helped us with every question and got us over the line into our new home. It's been a dream to move for 15 years, and we did it with Abacus' help. At times I felt I was pushing them too hard to get the deal done, for worry with getting the children into schools, but at all times the team we're understanding, thorough and always very helpful. I had an amazing experience when buying my house with Adolfo Marquez at Abacus. I can’t believe I could be so impressed by a solicitor. I had an horrid experience in the past with other companies and had not faith but Adolfo at Abacus was a revelation. They are always on top of everything, they work at a fast pace and try to have all papers and checks all done before the other party solicitor (the vendor in my case). I can’t recommend them enough. I already passed them to some other investors. Also, the receptionist was always helpful and would pass the message to the solicitor, if not available and they would always called me or email me back. Even on weekends if they had updates and it was important to move the process faster. He always had a warm calm tone of voice, always friendly and helpful. They have been issues from the vendor part and delays but Abacus moved everything absolutely smoothly. I am extremely happy and I am about to go through the purchase of an other property.
