   Myself and my wife used Samantha Nattrass based in Wetherby. Samantha was exceptional. Everything was straightforward, from the beginning of the process to the end. We were kept informed by regular phone calls and Samantha went above and beyond for us, her experience was fantastic. Added to this, we found a better price somewhere else, Taylor Rose not only matched this, but somehow bettered it as well.

   My wife and I engaged Salim Chaudhrey through Taylor Rose to manage a spouse visa who at the time lived in Canada. I found Salim to be a knowledgeable and professional solicitor. Throughout the six months he's been working on our case we found him to be very helpful and very responsive to our queries . His communication skills every step of the way are second to none. My wife has been issued with the relevant visa and is now living with me in the UK. I can't thank Salim enough for his services. I fully recommend him.

   Super fraud. We weren’t insinuated until we got to exchanging contracts that Lampton Parkside flats in Hounslow London hold possessory titles. It was a complete scam and we were looted in broad daylight. The solicitor Louise Astley didn’t even have any shame asking for full payment after scamming us till the exchanging date. This was mentally a distress and total shambles working with them. Shameless people! Wish they show some decency and refund our money. Scamsters.

   Absolutely shameful this branch .!! Details to long to get into BUT Purchased a property and the sheer amount of headache alone this company gave me was just incredible.. one of the problems was after completion I was waiting for my land registration documents to come through, 1.5yrs later and I ring them up and ask what’s going on ? They tell me to wait another 7months, why ? So ever so disappointed I sort advise from a legal representative and decided to take action against them !! Turns out land registry only needed a simple extra information before they could sign it off but cause Taylor rose just decided not to do anything a leave it in the file cabinet for 1.5yrs .. and remember I’m paying for this service !!!!! Absolute disgrace !! NEVER will I recommend this company!!!!

   I am extremely disappointed with the service received by Taylor Rose. I have had a property being dealt with for over 9 months with little to no progress. They require constant chasing, be prepared to take 3 weeks off work to call them on a daily basis. Upon trying to make a complaint no one gets back to you. I would stay well clear and only go to solicitors that are recommended by others. There is no accountability. You are paying for a service and they couldn't care less. I don't think I have ever dealt with a company that I have received such poor service from. They deserve 0 stars not 1!
