Unfortunately, after sending ridiculous amounts of requested information and despite numerous phone calls and emails, I received no response at all to confirm whether they were in a position to take on my case. I understand if it wasn't possible, but a simple reply would have been basic courtesy. If this is how communication is handled at the outset, I wouldn’t feel confident entrusting them with a legal matter.

So many problems with clear law since my file handler Stephen left. Avoid Mike at all costs, totally degrading and uses bullying tactics to get you to agree to whatever he says. I was told I would be billed for his services even tho they accepted my claim on a no win no fee.. I’m shocked!
