Very rude and unprofessional phone call answering lady called Paula. Wouldn’t listen attentively, assuming things of her own accord, and then Cut the line because she has no Respect or Empathy for people.
I want to say a big thank you to Karibo who works for Ashcott. I spoke several times on the phone to him over 6 months when I was facing awful alledged charges and he offered me professional, knowledgable advice which offered me comfort that things may not turn out anywhere near as badly as I anticiplated (which was the case). Had I needed a criminal solicitor, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would certainly feel totally confident in pointing people in his direction!
Absolutely shocking never even met the solicitor in person in 8months just fobbed off on txt messages no preparation for trial... basically out to cash in on legal aid
