   Instructed Andrew Littlemore at Dunne & Co to represent me in matters against my package holiday provider, where I claimed for a slip I sustained whilst abroad on holiday. They looked very reputable in the Personal Injury field, so had no reservations about instructing them. However, what I didn't realise is their ineptitude on personal injury claims in foreign jurisdictions. Errors in their "building of the case file" led to the case going to a court hearing which ended unsuccessful based on key evidence being missing whereby it was needed. Dunne & Co should have been aware of this and they weren't. Upon complaining to them after losing the case, my concerns were rebuffed by the company and was left with no other option but to pursue them for Professional Negligence. All I would say is, if you have an international personal injury claim, avoid them.

   So, you’ve had an accident and you need help but you’re worried that the notion of a “no win no fee” option is just a rip-off? Well, I’ve got news for you. Dunne & Co Solicitors or "The Bike Solicitors" as they are also known, are going to get you a result. I was sceptical when I first approached, but my main point of contact, Oliver Brumby, was quite simply fantastic. He assured me all the way through the process that I had to put my faith in him and his level of expertise and skill to get the result that I felt I deserved. Oliver assured me that many of the staff at Dunne & Co were also cyclists and that they were well aware of the perils of being on two wheels on the road. There were times when I wasn’t sure of the process as I did not understand all the legal speak but again, Oliver assured me that he would fight for the best result he could and, in the end that is exactly what he delivered. Anytime I contacted the company I got a very quick reply and often Oliver would call to explain and clarify relevant points. Whilst the process was long, I can only say that Oliver Brumby and Dunne & Co offered a first class and most diligent service and without doubt had my best interest at heart. I thank them for their service and I would highly recommend this company to help you make any compensation claim.

   Following a cycling accident Dunne & Co were both informative and a huge support on explaining the process and possibilities of receiving compensation. Great advise was received throughout and the final result is a fitting conclusion. Their communication and answering of any questions were also great and Andrew Littlemore my case handler work was prime example of this. If you have a legitimate cycle claim I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

   I had the pleasure of stumbling upon Dunne & Co when looking for someone to help me with my claim about an accident at work. From the first phone call they have were nothing but kind and patient and it was reassuring to me especially as I had no idea where to start or what to do. After the initial call my case was assigned to Oliver B who was nothing but the best. I have updates always within the timeframes given and if I had a question the response time was very rapid. They helped with telling me what they needed and arranging everything for me. I had fantastic news at the end and ended up claiming more than I thought I could. I can’t thank the team at Dunne & Co enough for the help they have given me and especially Oliver. Cannot recommend them enough

   Great service, I was unfortunately knocked off my bike in 2021 and called up Dunne and co. I received a call back immediately by my case handler Oliver who has been fantastic throughout the whole process. He's down to earth and says it like it is, A really advantage when making tough decisions. His perseverance managed to get me the outcome we were both happy with.

   My cycle accident happened in March 2017. It was nasty and I almost died there on the road. Since that time Oliver has been a constant support to me and my wife as we went through 3 years of medical interventions and rehabilitations. I have to say that it has been like talking with a friend about the issues, not at all as I envisaged a solicitors firm to be. Everything was handled so professionally and I never doubted that Dunne & Co would win my case and achieve an appropriate compensation for me and for my wife’s commitment too. Filling out the online form was the best decision I could ever have made, I literally would not have had a clue how to deal with the insurance etc on my own. When I was having the initial call with Oliver I knew that I was going to be in the best hands. Thanks to all of the team at Dunne & Co, but most especially to Oliver, you really are a star.

   From the beginning to the end of my claim I experienced a friendly professional and informative service from Philip. At first I was worried about how complicated my claim might be but Philip made it so easy and quickly replied to any queries I had. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I had great confidence in his ability to obtain adequate damages for my cycle accident which was no fault of myself.    I had an accident four years ago. I chose Dunne and Gray to assist me with my claim for damages. At all times the communication was very good and they were easily accessible by email and telephone. Andrew Littlemore always returned my calls promptly and his advice was invaluable. Hopefully I will never require their services again but I would definitely use them should the occasion arise.
