Bad service. Upset me through sarcastic rudeness after I'd spent nearly Β£70 for 3 and a child to eat. Overcooked some things, undercooked others (I hate snotty eggs) and their bacon is turkey bacon, which is not advertised or clear. Awful experience. Will not be returning.
Food was good. Staff attitude is terrible, passive aggressive and rude. We asked if the rest of the order was coming and was told 'i can't carry anymore' very rudely. We were only asking as there has already been issue with the order being wrongly prepared. Place was empty... now we know why. Give this place a miss better place around the corner
Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a tuna baguette and it was sour. I don't know how long tuna has to be sat there to go off but there was something seriously wrong with it.
Ordered two egg and sausage sandwiches, but when I got home, there was no egg in either sandwich. The bread was stale, the sandwich was cold, and for the price, youβd expect at least to get what you paid for. Overpriced, poor quality, and careless service. Wouldnβt recommend β avoid at all costs!
Places like this are a nice find. I saw the coffee and Croissant offer on the door and well, it's always hard to turn do a good offer. The coffee was an Americano which had the exact right amount of of water to espresso ratio. It was a quiet day when I was there, but even still there was nice feel about the place. The man working that day was chill and cool to talk to. Hopefully I can come back I try some more of their foods.
First visit today and the last . Man behind the counter not welcoming not even a smile .Thin white bread not toasted properly , small portion of beans and cheese not melted properly . Very disappointing . Toilets were clean and tea was hot .
Lovely experience, all employees have big smiles on their faces they are respectful,kind and are always greeting customers a happy welcome I really recommend coming because of this service. That was just the service the food is absolutely delicious the name really means it , the food was delightful would come again.
One of the worst cafes to eat from in the Lewisham area. Being right next to main Lewisham I really had high expectations. This is the most vile, grim and unprofessional place I have eaten from. I was skeptical when I received my food at first as there was a hair on there. These things happen so I didnβt think too much of it. Boy I should of listened to those red flags. Now I have been on the toilet for 2 days and counting. I havenβt had food poisoning like this since I was in school, and Iβm a 37 year old male. Oh yeah my mrs has it too. Will not be recommending to anyone not even my worse enemy. Oh on top of that the people who run the shop are VERY rude. Not only from my experience but from others also. Went here for a late breakfast (9.30) and it was empty. Staff very friendly. A good choice of set breakfasts (all with bread/toast and tea/coffee) or you can choose your own ingredients. Bacon, eggs and sausage are all very good not so keen on the bubble (but it was OK). But note, coffee is VERY strong. Toilets are clean.
