   I recently used Lancashire Law for the purchase of my new home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Sophie has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.    Overall good. We had a few issues with communication and a lack thereof at the beginning of the process of selling our house once we'd accepted an offer. But when I raised it as an issue, Sophie took over our house sale and she was fantastic. Very responsive to emails and phone calls and always returned calls and she turned around my opinion of Lancashire Law. I would definitely recommend Lancashire Law and if you work with Sophie, you will have a diligent and professional person working on your behalf

   I was recommended Lancashire law by a family friend and ever since I have stayed with them for legal advice. Belinda is a brilliant Solictor. Very friendly and really does act on your behalf. She fought for a school place for my nephew who was struggling in mainstream school due to his autism and she won his place,she did not back down this went on for several months with Manchester educational services and she won his place and also transport for him to get to school safely. Lancashire law have got your back and will look after you. Highly recommended

   Over the summer had a drawn out house purchase, mainly due to vendor delays. Lancs Law kept me updated and kept pushing for completion, just in time before my mortgage application & low rate expired. Also just refunded me after I overpaid the fees payment, so very happy about that.

   Very quick at getting business but shocking with communication. Wouldn't recommend to anyone going through a house sale/purchase. Also being asked to remove a review via email from two house sales would not perceive as professional. This is not a review of the hold ups regarding my mums house sale which is on the buyers side but a review overall of the lack of communication.
