   Susan Taylor helped me with my divorce, explaining the whole process to me thoroughly step by step. The service was very good, appointments were offered quickly when needed (although we only needed to meet in person twice) and emails responded to very promptly. I found the service very good value for money without any hidden costs. Susan was very calm and professional which was very helpful in such an emotional and high stress time. She was happy to walk me through the process which was particularly welcome at the beginning of proceedings when I had no idea what to expect. Thank you very much for helping through a difficult time Susan!

   I have contacted Taylor King back in August to assist me to enrol with the court a change of name deed poll. The solicitor Mrs. N.D. charged me £90 for 'initial advice' and to certify few documents. I met the same solicitor after few days to certify one more document required from a friend and i have payed additional £15. I have sent the application to Queen's Bench Division and paid fees of £38. The application returned as incorrect with an Instruction letter how to amend the deed poll. I met the same solicitor again, she checked everything and she told me was all correct. I sent it back to court and paid fees again. The deed poll sent unsuccessfully 4 times under 'the assurance of Taylor King Solicitor'. The final try was early December, which the solicitor told me she will fill a new application and will send to court with the attached letter on behalf of me. Before Christmas I had to contact the Court myself and they confirm that they never received the deed poll from my solicitor who promised to sent. I tried to contact the solicitor several times over the phone and via email and nothing since today! I wasted 5 months and over £100 solicitor fees and 4x£38 court fees for the most Basic deed poll that any solicitor should be able to complete. I couldn't be more disappointed! Absolutely horrible experience and now i have to start all over again!

   If you are abroad and would like to rely on a lawyer to represent you for something as important as your child's future, DON'T CHOOSE them. Being abroad is not an excuse not to communicate on a regular basis about what is happening in the court in UK. But when it comes to payment they will communicate with you on a priority level!! Do not recommend this firm and their lawyers to handle any family issue if you are abroad.
