now look at this salmon and cream cheese bagel and tell me where the actual filling in. i might as well just got a plain bagel. even with half of the bread removed it was dry. never in my life have i seen such a bad salmon cream cheese bagel. the brie and cranberry croissant was insane though, i need 3 more of them STAT. absolutely delicious

Absolutely love Love Coffee, the staff is so kind, especially Daisy and Saumeet! I go in there every morning before work to get coffee and breakfast! Always so lively and they make your morning so much better!!

I was waiting for my train so I decided to get something warm. I ordered a salted caramel latte to takeaway. I only waited a few minutes. I sat in the shop and enjoyed the ambience. It's nice to kick back, and watch people rushing around about you whilst you yourself are still. The staff are incredibly friendly and I was happy with my coffee order. I'll certainly come back again to sample other delights.

Kids love watching the trains from the cafe. The coffee is good depending on who makes it. The young lad made the best coffee so far. The tuna melt is very soft and delicious.

Shocking service here now my card wouldn't work on the touch pad 3 times but was told by the girl serving to try again I said no ill put the card in to which the reply was "whatever" and the card machine was pretty much picked up and thrown round at me, after this I was then told to move sdown inside the store I told her I had to stay where I could see my young son, which she had the cheek to check.... she then dumped the two toasties and drinks up the other end of the counter without a tray despite me telling her I had a young child I needed to watch, after telling her I thought her customer service skills were shocking and that her attitude sucked I was told I was the rude one .. won't be going back shame as other staff I have encountered here have been helpful and polite.

I like the location the coffee shop and has a really interesting name to it. Has a lot of character when you first enter and has a simple layout. There some some comfy sofas to use as you wait. I ordered a coffee and it was not the best. Taste was there but it was lukewarm, £3.35 for a medium is not bad considering location.

Obviously the member of staff on duty on the 18th December at 18.00 hates their job, asked for a baguette to be told power was off so couldn't have one only coffee and tea was available, felt like our group of six was an inconvenience. Other travellers came in were greeted the same and left without purchasing this particular member of staff is costing love coffee money!

The vibe of this place is great, comfy sofas overlooking the railway line and great views of the surrounding area are definitely a perk. I had a cup of tea and a toffee muffin here, which were delicious. There is a great selection of light lunches, baked goods, patisserie, hot and cold drinks. However some of the food and drinks here are very overpriced and the customer service here was not great. I know this is a chain food outlet, but I would've expected more. There was also no offer to carry my order over to the table which, while not essential for me, may be needed for someone with a disability.

Ordered a ham and cheese toastie and a cup of tea. Not toasted properly, overpriced, tasteless. The tea was without doubt the worst tasting I've ever had. No idea on the brand of teabag but it was horrible. Topped off with the waiter bringing the tea over and spilling it all over the tray with no apology. Waste of money, do not go here. Better alternatives 1 minute away in Westfields..
