   I'm presently at the café. Saturday 22nd March 2025. Most of the tables are uncleared. The cleared tables are dirty. There's no stirrers to stir the drinks. I frequently come here because it's the nearest. Service dreadful. Waiting time dreadful. Where's the Manager??

   Menu layout is poor. Too many options. No drinks with the £7 meal - very poor. Too much signage. 2 for £12 isn't clear. Instructions on the kiosk are innacurate in terms of selecting a table number. No receipt when you place your order. Staff at the counter appear to be lost. Staff at the counter needs support.

   Shuts at 5 as per the website. Arrived at 3pm sat down decided on our order and tried to order at the self service kiosk instead of online... kiosk didn't work, no sinage so asked in the kitchen for help and was told they dont serve hot food anymore unless I want macncheese. I get closing down early but 2 hours without a sign so people don't waste their time is gross misconduct as far as I'm concerned. If id chosen to order online on he app what would they have done. Ridiculous

   Morissons doing a free giveaway jacket potato if you said the magic word. The jacket potato turned out perfect. It comes with salad! Heinz bake beans delicious too!

   Simple, cheap meals. We stopped here as we were shopping and needed a quick meal for the kids. Kids meals are free for every adult meals. Very reasonable priced. Quality is good, good variety.

   Not an ideal place to have breakfast as the quality of the products are cheap and hygiene levels are poor. Sometimes you have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes as no staff at the till point to take your order.
