I want to warn everyone not to buy food here anymore. Yesterday around 7:00 PM, my friend and I were served by a girl wearing a hijab. We ordered a chicken roll. After eating it, I had serious stomach problems and couldn’t sleep all night. I asked the girl at the till four times whether the food was fresh. She said yes, but also mentioned that it was made in the morning. The food was dry and clearly not fresh. Customer service is absolutely zero. One girl told us one price, then a guy came from nowhere and said a completely different price. I don’t know if he is a manager, but instead of sitting on his phone, he should focus on customer service. Staff should know the correct prices and how to communicate properly with customers. If a customer doesn’t like the food, staff should come, ask what’s wrong, and offer a replacement or solution. That’s how you keep and attract customers. Until you improve your food quality and customer service, I will never come back and I will not recommend this place to anyone. A good reputation must be earned!

What a lovely surprise. Our first visit was on a rainy day in early September on the way home from the hospital. Cheerful and helpful staff and customers. Enjoyed a portion of pasta bolognese, followed by a cake and coffee. We were "persuaded" to have the cake by two lovely Bangladeshi young ladies (they know a bit about rain) who ordered the chocolate cake between them - we had the vanilla. Good value. Excellent food. Cheerful and helpful staff and customers. This time one of the customers offered to buy us cups of tea each, and a muffin (where else would that happen) Worth a visit particularly on the way from the hospital to the station.

It offers tasty breakfast options here. The one i like is Chicken roll which actually tastes very similar to Indian Samosa ( it will taste amazing with Kadhi ) & lamb kebab . I usually take one drink with it. It just near the Mile end tube station so feds me whenever i am not able to get myself a good. breakfast. (Rahul from IG-Yummilecious)

I visited this coffee shop in Mile End today. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly waitress who made me feel welcome. I ordered a chicken panini. While the waitress was preparing it, I took some pictures of the menu for my review. Shortly after, a man (appearing to be staff, possibly the chef) approached me in an aggressive manner, demanding to know why I was taking photos. I explained I was doing a review. He told me I could not take pictures, to which I responded that I could, and that I would share my honest opinion. His tone and attitude felt unnecessarily rude and confrontational. The waitress remained calm and professional, but unfortunately, the food itself was extremely disappointing. The “chicken panini” was dry, overloaded with cheese, and the chicken appeared to be cheap nuggets from a supermarket like Asda or Tesco—not freshly prepared. It was nothing like a proper chicken panini. I couldn’t even finish it and ended up throwing it away. For £5.95, the portion was small and the quality very poor. Overall, between the rude interaction and the substandard food, I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. I certainly will not be returning.

We where hungry and had to find a spot. This place was just next to the subway station and looked pleasant. Staff is very friendly and they had super good food. All was very clean and nice. Only the bathroom was kind of miserable.

we were 2 people went for breakfast. We ordered 2 Royal breakfast. The food was cold and cheese was on the side of the toast. When I take that to the counter sales man was not accepting. I request him at list provide me the food how its wrote in the menu. He refused to do that. The orange juice was only half cup. you see that from the picture. I don not recommend any one to visit them. The owner reply and mentioned that he wants to make the customer happy. When I left the food with out having it you didn't bother to call me. Why you are now lying in front of public
