   We were looking for somewhere for breakfast and came across this shop on the ground floor. Nicely presented and friendly staff. Great selection of cakes and croissants and coffee. There also savoury items. I chose the Nutella croissant and cappuccino and Americano. The croissant was large with a nice amount of Nutella, they served it warm, which was a nice surprise. Coffee was good. It has a few small tables if you want to sit down.

   Honestly the best place in the area for a good, proper coffee. Obviously also offering tiramisu, pastries, cakes, etc. They have an amazing range of plant based / vegan options too which was fabulous. Great service.

   I visited this store earlier and ordered a double espresso lungo and a maritozzo. The staff were kind and even cleaned my table before serving, which I appreciated. However, I was served a double espresso instead of a lungo (at least the coffee tasted good). The real disappointment was the maritozzo which was hard instead of fluffy, and the “freshly-whipped” cream was frozen in the middle, so I couldn’t eat it. The staff noticed I wasn’t very happy, but no one asked if everything was alright, which left me a bit disappointed as I was really looking forward to my order.

   Had been really looking forward to going here, but the tiramisu was.....ok. A bit bland if I'm honest. £8+ for the small, £10+ slightly less small. (2x drinks, 2x tiramisu, one pre-made & a cannoli = £31) You choose the layers; type of biscuit, flavour of coffee and the 'cream'. Unlimited toppings was very limited to fruit or chocolate drops. Seating was awful, hard wooden patio chairs and tiny tables. My iced coffee was tiny. Staff were pleasant. Would I go again? No. Sainsbury's have a much nicer version for just £3.

   Went there after exploring around Samsung at 3rd Floor. Just thought to have a quick cuppa of tea with my friend to sit for chat and decision to go back Samsung again. Two of ladies didn't aware that we are deaf and asked for two pots of tea. I am glad that both of ladies is very, very helpful and trying to understand each other what we communication . One of lady ask if we like to have Full English Breakfast (I saw about 8 to 10 types 'tins' of teabags) and will to serve our table and I ask for one sort-of mini Italian pizza as total of £10 - not too bad. Until I ate mini Italian pizza, it was so freshly like today. And taste tea is completely perfection! After that then thought why not taking quick photos of Tiramisu to put it on review to let customer to see what it like. Go there and have a quick hot drink that you will never miss it! 10/10

   I visit Tiramisu place every time I'm at the shopping centre. I'm very picky in terms of the tiramisu and taste cream should have. It was very smooth, creamy, delicate with a sensation of mascarpone taste. I visited Italy seven times, worked in Italian restaurant, have a bunch of Italian friends and I can honestly say this place is a gem. Just like a cafeteria you would see on the Italian street. The prices are high, yes I agree with that. But it's not a chain. They have rent to pay and people to pay them wages. They would have to be crazy busy to lower the prices to be able to afford the business. A good thing is they are not cutting corners in the quality. I saw the negative comments about the staff. Well question is if you as a customer were nice in first place. Come with a smile and positive attitude and will be served the same. It's a mirror effect. Come there for an experience of mouth watering treats and forgive any minor mishaps. FYI I'm not related to anyone there or even know anyone by their name. I'm just a happy customer.

   Birthday Gift: Yesterday I ordered a standard tiramisu for a birthday party.. the entire process was very smooth. The Manager was very attentive and followed any instruction. The people working in this company are very educated and enthusiastic - its a pleasure dealing with them. The presentation went over expectation....when something is done with the heart, the result can only be positive. The cake was absolutely appreciated - classic Italian style. The birthday girl loved it so much that she had it for dinner and breakfast! Thank you guys . Highly recommended if you are going to a party - this won't let you down for sure! Will use your services again in the future
