Excellent service from these guys. My VW was showing a fault code, messaged this to the team and they ordered the part that was expected to be needed prior to my booking date. Dropped car off in the morning and had it back early in the day, price was very reasonable. Definitely worth the travel over to them, will be using again for sure.
Took my car to multiple garages before here and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Got recommended to this place and Simon took one look at it and knew exactly what was wrong and sorted it, never known anyone to know so much about these cars especially from just a glance, the man is truly a wizard and I'll never take my audi anywhere else from now on, highly recommend!

Love these guys, know what they're doing, don't rip you off. Won't be taking my Cali anywhere else. Recommend without hesitation. Now been using for over a year, and cannot fault these guys. Had to have some major repairs done, which they did properly, sensibly and correctly. Got a Cali, and honestly, won't take it to anyone else, they know what they're doing. Changed my car recently to a Skoda CityGo, which is same mechanicals as VW Up. Needed oil and filter change urgently. Central VW Audi fitted me in early one morning. Excellent service, friendly mechanics.... they have gained my future business, and the wife's CityGo too. 5 stars from me.
Central VW Audi is a hidden gem - a bit shabby on the outside but they are honest and do a very good job, at a fraction of dealer prices. Peter's very friendly and enthusiastic, with a comprehensive knowledge of VW/Audi cars.
Simon and the team are FANTASTIC - loads of VW knowledge, advice, very good value repairs and fixes, flexible with drop off and collection, communication is brilliant, prices great. Been SO impressed since I started coming to them 6 months ago. Won't go anywhere else now. A**** Highly recommended.
You can always TRUST these guys to do a proper job. They have worked on my classic Scirocco and more recently on my 2.5TDi T4 camper. They are a bit of a drive away from me, but it's worth it to get a professional service. Highly recommended by me !!
