   I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter and a latte however the cream in the hot chocolate was sour/ expired I went to tell the person who serve me and also said im worried in case my daighter feel sick as she drink a litte bit She was a trainee and she passed the message onto her collegue but no reaction The trainee made us another hot chocolate with NO CREAM and said sorry I believe this is not enough as a apology Im in this enfield town cafe nero nearly everyday

   We tried it before, it was very good When I went the second time, new staff had started. I can give you a hundred percent guarantee that they employ workers who do not know how to make coffee. The coffee tasted burnt☕️

   Ordered double expresso (in a small narrow cup as it keeps the coffee hot longer) the barrista insisted she could only put it in a large wide cup so there was no choice. I covered the cup with a saucer to keep it warm but of course by the time I sat down, the coffee was cold. Then had to queue up again to explain and to get a 2nd HOT coffee. Very frustrating and a complete time waster

   Always go here for a morning coffee before work and I must say, the staff is on point! Shout out to the blonde beauty this morning working alone and doing an amazing job! She's quick, efficient, incredibly friendly and polite and just seems like a beautiful soul. Love this site :) x

   The coffees and the food are really nice and tasty but one off the staff and male staff was very rude and very abrupt and very sarcastic plus read the way he spoke to one of the staff was not very nice in front of the customer for overall the rest of the staff are really nice and the food is also tasty as well as the hot and cold drinks

   after ordering, I presented my vouchers, the staff said that the vouchers do not work, upgrade your staff! I do not recommend this place to anyone !
