I was quoted for my M4 major service. £200 cheaper than main dealer and including main dealer parts. Service carried out on time and car returned. Excellent job. Bonus item! I also received another £30 off the final bill as Karl passed his discount on. All in all a great job, enhanced trust and a lovely garage dog welcomed me when i came to collect. Yet again another wonderful experience at Karl Lasnier Autos. My T4 Vinnie was happily taking me home from the beach when it lurched forward and wouldn't go into gear. Karl let him be recovered there where it was discovered his clutch had gone. No problem for Karl. But during the work the passenger side drive shaft also fell apart. Again no problem. All the work has been carried out to a high standard and guaranteed. I cannot fault this man and his garage and I cannot recommend him high enough. He is a consummate professional and you definitely get value for money with his first rate service.
Due to living abroad my partner having a problem with the clutch, Karl was amazing from the beginning till the last minute to making sure my partner was able to get her car back in time. Strongly recommend Karl not only for his work but communication and honest mechanic.
Took my son’s car here after an MOT failure on track rod ends and rear bearings. Karl gave sound advice on what was necessary and completed the work and fixed a fault with water pump and internal fans. All very reasonably priced and focussed on what was necessary to pass mot. Highly recommended.
Between us, as a family, we have 4 cars, all of which we take to Karl and Jack. These guys are amazing, really trustworthy and do a fantastic job. They keep us all on the road and safe. When your car is part of your pride&joy, taking it to a reputable garage is important, so this is why I use Karl Lasnier Autos. My Octavia MK3 VRS went in today for a full service, had everything completed in good time & got both the service stamps & Skoda online service records. I also needed my LED fog lights installing & this wasn’t a problem for them to sort. Couldn’t ask for anymore and would highly recommend this garage if you want looking after, knowing your in good hands. Will be here for my future services etc. 5 Stars *****
Karl is clearly an expert in his field. I had a Full Service done at a very competitive price. He is helpful, friendly and someone that can be trusted. There was no added extras, like some garages charge. My car now runs like a dream. I would highly recommend this garage and cannot fault it or its mechanics.
On average I travel around 15,000 miles a year, it’s imperative and vitally important that my car is kept in excellent working order. I will say though as a women and knowing next to nothing about cars (not sexist just true) finding someone I can trust to offer an excellent service be an excellent mechanic whilst being affordable sounds to be an ask. Not since I have found Karl, he is a master mechanic, who gives an excellent service and is such a nice helpful man and totally trustworthy. Just this week whilst my car was on the ramp Karl took a video giving me a tour of the condition of the underneath of my car. Taking the time to explain and show the steering good, breaks good etc and pointing out what will need attention in the coming months. I have never had this service before and I find this most helpful and reassuring. It is with total confidence that I would recommend Karl to anyone
