“Scott is a miracle worker. I had managed to deeply scratch my car in a car park, and in 2 days Scott has made it look brand new again, you’d never have known it ever happened. I also got my alloys refurbed and powder coated black, and it was quite an involved job - Scott had to acid dip and strip it back aswell which was more work than first anticipated. Great customer service, up front, great communication and super competitive prices. Would recommend to friends and family and would 100% use again (not that I plan to carry on hitting any walls any time soon, but you never know :])”

“We were taken to Paul’s garage by the RAC after a clutch malfunction coming off the Belfast ferry. Upon arrival Paul was 100% straight with me telling me parts had to be ordered in and would not arrive for a couple of hours. As soon as parts arrived, they were fitted but unbeknown to anybody, there were more serious problems. Paul was not to know this until new parts were fitted and could not have been more decent with us, he arranged for the RAC to recover my vehicle to Ireland and onwards for repairs at a garage beside me at home under a warranty claim. He explained the whole process to me and said that he could do the work but that I would be better getting it done in Ireland as this would make the warranty claim easier for me. He could just as easily have repaired said nothing and charged me a fortune, but he does not work like that, he is all about customer care.He is a totally genuine man who helped us immensely. I am diagnosed with Dementia for 4 years and when I was panicking and flustered, Paul took over and handled everything magnificently. He even took me to a car rental place which took him over an hour out of a very busy work schedule. We could not have been looked after better, if you want to deal with a real honest genuine friendly character who listens, explains and does a fantastic job, Get yourself to this garage and receive true solid GENUINE 5STAR SERVICE WITH HONESTY from a man who is more than a mechanic, he is a really wonderful helpful man!!!! “Went here the other night to get my mot done and was very pleasantly surprised.Really good staff a nice place to wait and spotlessly clean,even had a look around the sports shop.It didn’t take to long and I was one of the last customers,but I had a new battery put into my key fob and when I went to go home when I opened it the alarm went off and then the car wouldn’t.Luckily I guy called Paul came out to help me and checked the fob and the guy from Timpsons in Heswall had put the wrong battery in.By now the place was shutting,but he looked for a right battery.He couldn’t find one,but made a few phone calls and managed to get one down the road.He went and got it and replaced the dud one and everything was fine.I can’t say thankyou enough,Paul kept the place open until everything was ok with me and had gone above and beyond to help me.Can’t recommend enough.”
