   Went for 4 new tyres and wasn't waiting long. Watched them getting changed and the tech respected the car and was very quick. My only gripe is they nearly forgot to put my wheel locking nut back in the box which would have been a bit of a mess. Thankfully I always check before leaving and it was found. (Mistakes happen they were busy) Very friendly guys and didn't feel like an inconvenience. I will return

   Outstanding! Travelled more than 15 miles to visit this center being the only kwikfit garage that can take in electric cars in Mersey region. I would never regret that travel as the staff and service was amazing. I had a Parking brake problem with my Nissan leaf for which another local garage ripped me off few months ago and still the issue was not fixed but Kwikfit managed to fix it. Rhys repaired my car and he is a wonderful guy who is very professional and honest. He finished the job in less than one hour and was very honest in telling that the job didn't require any new parts. I am really impressed by his expertise, knowledge and customer care qualities. I would highly recommend this garage.

   I’ve taken my Ford Transit Custom in a couple of times now and the guys are just awesome! I had a bit of an emergency the first time and really needed the van back quickly, they worked so hard, were totally transparent about costs and kept me informed through the process.    Great friendly service! Really thorough with car. Visited because they did an amazing job with my mum after she got shafted by an independent local garage (who took advantage of her after my dad died) Now take both our cars to kwik fit for servicing and MOT. Good prices and great staff!

   Two stars for saved me from an emergency situation but they told me to get both rear tyres even though one was only replaced to brand new tyre 2 month ago from very respectable local business. They described the said tyre as just "knackered". They only gave me a paper copy of wheel balance and alignments, no receipt for tyres or item break down which made me suspicious. For me, they are not trustworthy as lack of transparency. As I said, saved me from emergency situation this time but I won't use them again.

   Although I was happy with the work that was done to my van, the initial welcome when entering the garage was not friendly or professional. There is no actual reception desk and the mechanics were standing around chatting and no one asked if I needed help or greeted me.
