Update after another visit…. My car went in on Tuesday for assessment and my brake pads needed doing, I was fitted in the Friday and all done and dusted, no embarrassing noises now from the brakes. Tom is fantastic, we had a smart car which we had taken to a garage to have the starting motor done, to which we were told, ‘it couldn’t be done’ due to rust of the car. I asked Tom to take a look at it. He said there was rust but would not affect the works to be done. But it was a massive job. He informed me of the price which I thought was going to be a lot more with the work involved. He booked it in after I agreed the price and although it would start, the alternator had gone. So he priced this up and sent it to me, to which I confirmed and the works were done promptly and the little smart car is alive and driving well. James who takes care of the admin side is lovely and everything is done promptly. I was kept updated with what was happening along the way. I 100% recommend Traction to everyone. Customer service is top tier, quality service and competitively priced. Thanks again to Tom & James ☺️

I've been with Tom for a number of years now as my main man for all the cars I've owned, I can't believe it's taken me this long to leave a review. If you want an honest fair priced mechanic who knows what he's doing then look no further. I can say without a doubt he is the hardest working person I know, and he will help you out even when he is rammed with work. You really don't need to look for another mechanic once you've met Tom and had him work on your car. I've used many garages and known many mechanics throughout my years of owning cars and he is by far the most trustworthy and experienced of them all, if Michelin gave out stars for mechanics he would have one ⭐
Toms service from start to finish was professional, and quick. Had the sump removed and cleaned out, and a new timing chain put on a BMW318i. Tom found out what the issue was and had the parts delivered the next day. Communication was great and is very knowledgeable. Great price an even better service.
Tom and Brad went above and beyond working on my old M5 after an issue with a new crank sensor, issue being resolved and fully sorted in the end. Fully recommend PB3, really professional, friendly service and will definitely return in the future. Thanks!
