Excellent service all around. My Partner James dealt with it all but the girls in the office and Paul are super helpful. No nonsense and hassle free. Drove in, Paul took a few photos, we received quote the same day which was reasonable. Booked in within a week and had the car back looking like brand new after two days from dropping off. They also repaired a few little extras on the rear of the vehicle which we wasn’t expecting. Super super happy customer. Thank you Paul and team. I cannot recommend AutoCraft highly enough. I had received other quotes but was recommended to try this company and I am so glad that I did. Paul did a thorough assessment of the work needed and sent me the quotation as promised. Not only was the price very reasonable but he was knowledgeable about what would be needed. All the staff here are brilliant - always ready with a joke and so nice to talk to. How refreshing to deal with people with a great sense of humour and very proud of their work, quite rightly so. Had issues with the car pulling left after a bang on a wheel, and the usual mechanic said there was 'nothing wrong' and fobbed me off. Paul checked my car the next day, found the tracking issues, and sorted it quickly, and it has been great since!
Got a body repair here looked great when it was done now trying to sell the car and everyone saying the car is virtually unsellable due to it being a bodge job!! The dint was too large and used an excess about of body filler, not a vauxhall approved place for repair. Do not take a car here for a body repair
Fantastic job done by Paul and the team. Took my 2009 Mercedes Sprinter Campervan in for a de-rust and full respray. Paul kept me informed every step of the way and the finished job is brilliant. Would highly recommend AutoCraft to anyone.
Autocraft repaired my car after a tree fell on it in high winds and I can't fault the work. I nearly cried when they returned my car to me because it looked incredible. They handled the details with my insurance company and gave me a courtesy car in the interim. Fantastic service from start to finish.
