“I have a 2015 Transit Tourneo connect with reversing sensors. I was concerned that the tow hitch would be detected by the reversing sensors rendering them useless whilst driving me mad with the beeping. The other installers I contacted said that I would need the removable hitch and the add about £100 to the cost of the install. When I spoke to Andy, he advised me that a fixed tow ball that he fits does not interfere with the reversing sensors but gave me to option to go with the removable hitch and there was no hard upsell. Andy arrived around 12:00 and was done by 3pm. Nice, neat installation and apart from a sparkling new towbar sticking out you would not have known he had been there.”

“I visited Screentec with a leaky windscreen on Winston, my 23 year old VW T4... A Leaky Windscreen is one of those things that happens to all T4's at some point... Water was dripping in, at funny times, down my sun visor, onto the steering wheel and then onto the chair seat... After spending 12months with a tarp on my dash every time it rained, i decided to book in. Ryan was extremely helpful, they booked me in and let me babble on about the intermittent leak. I wondered down the road to McDonalds and waited for the job to be done, it didn't take long and Ryan showed me pictures of where the water had been getting in, and explained what they had done and why. I was very happy with the price. Since then it has not stopped raining... it has been TORRENTIAL... but it's all dry in the van, Could not recommend highly enough”

I always feel safe and trust the team. They do an absolute sterling job in MOTing and servicing my Vauxhall Corsa. Their prices are fair and reflect their high standard of work. You could probably find a cheaper garage elsewhere but you wouldnt get the same quality of work. You know you're safe in hands with these guys.”

“I would highly recommend using C J Charles Ltd. Not only are they quick and efficient, they also saved us a small fortune on hiring scaffolding when replacing our boiler. They came out and undertook a full survey for the quote and carried out the works in less than a week from us accepting the quote! The installation team were very polite and friendly and left no mess in our house, everything was tidied as they went. We can't thank the team enough for working quickly and efficiently around our house with minimal disruption. I don't think I would look anywhere else for plumbing and heating after using C J Charles.”
