Absolutely 1st class. No booking, on the ramp straight away, MOT in hand within an hour. Excellent value too. Even saved on parking in Birkenhead for xmas shopping whioenit was done. 100% recommended, will use in future for all MOT needs.
I attended the VMS garage this morning for my car mot. Carly & Ally were welcoming & very efficient in reception. Also hot coffee from the machine at a reasonable price continues the customer care. Whilst waiting for my turn , I sat in my car & watched how from 8.00 o’clock everyone knew what they were doing. Obviously there is a well organised structure & management. Many thanks.
Easy system. I have been here for an MOT before, and was advised on my phone that it was due. You park, let them know your car is in. (Leave your number if you haven’t already). You can wait inside, great music, comfy chairs, coffee and snack vending machines. The staff at reception are friendly and super efficient. My car failed its MOT, I was asked if I had a garage to go to. I don’t, and they said if they could get the part, they could sort it on the day. I sat down and waited and got the pass paper! They always go that extra mile. Superb service in the garage and excellent front facing staff, too. Highly recommended.
Very friendly service and efficient enough as it can be considering the volume they get through. Was really impressed on how it was all organised and the service outside by the staff and the lovely ladies on reception. Ally on reception made me feel assured about coming to use this place for an mot after I got my Moy dates mixed up and was running late for mot. She was also as pleased as me my car passed and made me and my baby son feel so welcome. I've never done a drive through mot experience before but il absolutely be back. Hey there folks... I simply HAD to write a review about me and my cars experience at VMS. Sadly my car failed its MOT and needed some working doing on it... its 20 years old and still going strong! Even though it needs nore TLC thab it gets. Anyway...I digress! Reception lady was phenomenal, she explained everything to me it a way that I could understand. Really reasonable costs and super professional on the front desks and all the lads are super friendly and personable. Had my car back in super quick time all fixed and ready to rock n roll! Will be booking in for a service to extend my cars life to get another few years out of it. Ive been to many other garages and felt a tad intimidated with the lingo as I didnt understand what they where talking about. Overall a amazing experience and a nice cosy waiting area. If your lookingvfor a new garage I would recommend VMS 200% and I couldn't have recieved a better service. Give them a go and I assure that you won't be disappointed in the least xxx
Very quick, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. Always feel like they are happy to help, not trying to rip you off, and therefore, I feel I can trust them to be honest and professional in the service that they provide.
This place was highly recommended, just drive in and wait in reception. Everyone is very friendly from start to finish. At one point the owner came in and bought everyone a drink from the machine! My car passed yet others who failed could get priced and booked in for work. A very well run place and I'd highly recommend too!
Couldn't be happier. Very friendly, and knowledgeable staff from reception to the mechanics. Drive in and leave the car with them. Upfront with any work and costs. Highly recommended.
