Always rude. Spent time in the waiting room. Staff are always nice to female customers but never with me. Said they don't supply 19" wheels. A very common wheel. And that there wasn't a single person available to fix my headlight as they were all on holiday. Avoid. Especially if you're not female
Vittoria Motor Services had been recommend to me by a few people but I was told to get there early as it gets busy. I didn’t. Luckily my son was with me and we settled in for the wait. We had a great morning sat outside in the sun chatting to the customers and staff while we waited and the beautiful parrot! I knew I had an issue with a rear light and was told if it is a bulb no issue we’ll sort it! (Which was not the helpful service I’d received at another MOT place the day before!!!) sadly my car failed as it was a wiring problem and not the bulb however I was given great advice and advised where to go. Sorted and back within half an hour. Re-tested immediately and went away with a certificate! My son and I had a ball while we were there everyone was so friendly, really can’t recommend Vittoria enough. Thank you!!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else - I have always had the most amazing service and all staff go above and beyond. My car failed its MOT because of the washer jets. They did everything they could to fix the issue and get it back on the road as soon as possible to minimise disruption. A free re-test is offered and they always will be my go to for MOTs and anything I need sorting. Special thanks to Carly - always feel super looked after as a woman, trust these guys with my life and know I’d never be ripped off under their care! Thank you again.
These guys are just the best. I have used them now for 6 or more years and I trust them completely. The customer service is always excellent, they are always very quick and accommodating, their prices are fair and they are honest. I only wish they did more than MOT and servicing... we'd never go anywhere else!
Every year I take my 3-4 cars there, the girls on reception are brilliant very polite and professional. The mot lads are brilliant also they do the mot's and fail on what they should, and NOT so the garage can make extra money on you like some garages do. Highly recommended drive in MOT station. Very friendly staff that make you feel welcomed. Very clean waiting area with vending and hot drinks machines. My car failed it's MOT but by the next day they had repaired it and my car had passed. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an mot, just drop in no appointments needed. Definitely going back for any future work on my car. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
