   I had my Tesla Model Y Juniper’s PPF done at Auto Wrap, but my experience was very disappointing. I left my car with them for 7 days and had to return 3 more times due to ongoing issues. The problems are as follows: • The PPF is lifting in many areas, and when I brought the car for inspection, the issues were not fixed. The staff expected me to point out each problem myself, which was a huge waste of time. • There are symmetry problems as well. On one side, the film was properly folded and wrapped, but on the other side, it was just cut and applied, which will likely cause peeling in the future. • The “Dual Motor” badge on the rear boot was removed but not reattached. I was told this was standard procedure and that it would be put back, but the staff said it could not be reapplied on PPF. If I had known this in advance, I would not have agreed. This compromised the car’s originality. • Yesterday, the car was returned with dust and dirt trapped under the bonnet PPF, so they had to remove and reinstall it again. Today, I noticed bubbles and dust trapped under the film again, which clearly shows the work was done carelessly. • James, the person I was dealing with, responded with an attitude of “this is the best value for the money” instead of addressing my concerns properly. After further complaints, he blocked me on WhatsApp. This behavior clearly shows disrespect and unprofessionalism towards customers. This process has been very exhausting and a waste of my time. I expected a detailed and customer-focused inspection but unfortunately did not receive the service I deserved. I am prepared to take this matter to the relevant consumer rights authorities if a satisfactory resolution is not reached. I have taken photos of some of the issues and attached them here.

   Excellent service! Dropped my wife’s Fiat 500 off with them in the morning to have Italian stripes affixed on both sides. Just a few hours later - it was ready! Absolutely amazing job! She is thrilled with it! The staff were all very helpful and super-friendly. They even showed us around their workshop - very professional setup. Would highly recommend.

   The warrapping was good but as they had put too much water to my Merch I’ve had problem with starting the car after the window tightening and get to know it was because of the water gone though the sensor below of the rear windows. Please be aware if you are about the Thigten your Mercedes.

   From start to finish, this place is superb! Previous places I visited weren't that interested in helping me out with what I was looking for. From initial inspection of work to be taken out and discussing options, the communications were fantastic. Once agreed with a price and a date, the work was complete. Nice and easy no hassle. Gave advice for after care of wrap!! Will be back as the team well know. Thanks again!!
