   Crap service. Woman on counter gave attitude while taking order. When I pointed to soecific cake she said what is the difference in sarcastic tone. Had to assert that I wanted that cake. Slow service. Was given wrong drink. Tables not wiped. Dont go there

   Thankyou to the lady working at 18:15 - 18:30 Tuesday with the bleached blonde hair (lady 1) for your rudeness. Horrible experience from the begginjng. After removing the tray of the person before us the other lady (lady 2) didn’t even bother to wipe the table which was covered in crumbs and sticky things. Lady one was extremly rude to my parents. Constantly rolling her eyes while being abrupt and rude refusing to give my mum the option she chose my insisting that they are the same. Before we were served we stood there for ten mins and they just stared at us pretending to be busy. When my mum kindly asked if our drink was ready to know if she should stand or sit lady one mocked mum and said something to the other lady and then after the drink was ready lady two then screamed very loudly waving the drink as to make fun her oh look it’s ready and laughed like a clown. Asked for the receipt which they made a scene again rolling her eyes and tutting. Maybe don’t work here if you hate your job. You are the type of people which cause so many jobs to be automated. Goes on about how people still order 45 mins before closing time saying I close everything why do people want things last minute. But to askere your question. I had low blood pressure. If I hadn’t we would have walked straight out. Hope this jobs gets automated too.

   Very poor service I ordered a coffee,hot chocolate with cream on top which ended up without cream and a sandwiches .I was waiting for our coffee more then 10 min , a older lady blonde hair who’s making the coffee was talking to a lady about her ring and other people was served in front of me even they was behinds me on queue by the time she was finished my sandwich was frozen cold I asked for a fresh one she refused she re-heated that one and I said to her i won’t accept she ofer to give refund by the end but the think is you cannot treat customers like this very very poor service

   Rudest customer service. If you dont want to work just take off day don’t make everyone day worst while you’re not smiling and angry faces when someone wants something especially don’t speak your language when you turning back ;)

   Ordered 2 frappes and the attached photo shows the very sorry looking drinks I was presented with. When I complained, the barista said ‘the drinks never look like the photos advertised mate because they’re computer generated mate’. Clown.

   A nice branch with a nice and interesting interior design. The first thing I saw was a neat display of cakes and savouries. Friendly staff, constant smiles all around. ^_^ Today I treated myself to a Latte with Caramel syrup. Sweet and tasty. Feeling hungry I ordered a ham&cheese toastie. Heated, crunchy, and tasty. And then I came across something that caught my eye, it turned out to be Cheese scones so I thought I try one, warmed up and served with butter. It was delicious. The melting butter boosted the cheese flavour. I ate with glee. My visit was pleasant. Thank you Costa.
