   Came to the cafe saw this offer. Ordered the ‘cosy breakfast’ which is stated £6.50 each. Ordered this for 3 people, changed the bubble because the lady said I could change my item to anything, so I changed it to chips, for all 3 and added 3 cans of drink that are £1.30 each. Got charged £26.50 3 of the meals are £19.50 3 cans £ 3.90 Total cost: £ 23.40 When asked why I got charged so much because I believe she charged me £7 extra for cans of drinks she tells me the cans are £1.30 each and to add chips for my item to swap now cost me £1 extra for each person— which is not stated there and was misbelieved by the lady telling me how I can change my one item. The food is mid— nothing special. Very low quality, and to be honest a place where they’ve robbed you— I would not eat here again. Hope this helps people— as this place has been deceiving and not honest.

   We visited this place a couple of weeks ago, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The owner is a very nice and welcoming person—he’s Italian and creates a warm atmosphere for his guests. The English breakfast was tasty, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite agree with me. I experienced strong heartburn afterward and had to take an antacid. I specifically asked if the food would be grilled without oil, and they confirmed it would be, so I’m not sure why it affected me this way. However, this seems to be more of a personal sensitivity, as my husband really enjoyed his meal and felt completely fine. One important thing to note for future visitors is that they only accept cash. We weren’t aware of this when we arrived and placed our order, so we had to find an ATM to withdraw cash, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since we were quite hungry. Thankfully, a friend of the owner kindly helped us with a bank transfer, which they don’t normally do, so we really appreciated their flexibility. If you’re planning to visit, I’d definitely recommend bringing cash in advance to avoid any hassle. Other than that, it’s a nice little spot with a friendly atmosphere!

   I've passed this place many times over the past five years but never went in until today when I bought a sausage and bacon roll to take away. My initial delight at the low price of £3 soon evaporated when I took it out of the bag and started to eat it as the roll wasn't fresh - the crust was very wrinkled and was tough, not crusty or soft, and akin to chewing leather or rubber!
