Had such a delicious toasted Cubano sandwich here yesterday. Highly recommended. Lovely coffee and very tasty toasted banana bread too. The food here is very good and it’s nice sitting outside under the heaters. I’m still thinking about that sandwich though. Top notch.

I’ve been a loyal Daisy Grey customer since 2023, and in that time it’s become far more than just a coffee stop for me — it’s been a constant companion through every stage of my academic and professional life. The team is consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming; they remember faces, orders, and even the little details that make you feel like part of the community. During my undergraduate degree, the outdoor heaters kept me company through countless study sessions. As a teacher, I found myself back here on early mornings, planning lessons with a cup of something extra hot (which they never fail to get just right). And the outdoor plug sockets? They witnessed the highs and lows of my master’s degree — drafts, deadlines, and all. The coffee is always delicious, reliably smooth, and prepared with care. Their pastries are just as unforgettable: the croissants are always fresh, warm, and perfectly flaky, and the banana bread is genuinely the best in town. The fact that the staff remember my regular extra-hot order says everything about the personal touch that sets Daisy Grey apart. I regularly drive an extra ten minutes from work, even on my shortest breaks, just to get a Daisy Grey coffee — it’s genuinely that worth it. Daisy Grey isn’t just a café; it’s been a backdrop to my growth, a comforting constant, and the best local spot I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling “mine.” Highly recommended.

Asked for a cortado, the barista was v busy which is understandable. But what I got was not a cortado, I watched her pour the milk as if it’s a latte. The milk for a cortado should be dense, little bubbles and I expect a leaf sort of pattern ontop given their extortionate prices! We came here Becuase it looked abit more up market than your typical Starbucks…. She was v busy and didn’t seem to care about providing proper customer service. What I got was in essence a small latte… which is not what I asked for

A lovely & cosy coffee shop in the heart of Beckenham. The flat white was moderately smooth and silky with initially tart taste. Even I doubt the he coffee wasn’t powerful enough to keep me going well into the afternoon, it was very pleasant to drink it. You can enjoy your coffee or meal with beautiful scene of Beckenham. Outdoor heating is a big plus for freezing temperatures. La Marzocco coffee machines are generally a big plus. Highly recommended and will try different coffees here soon.

Daisy Grey is such a brilliant addition to Beckenham! A beautiful space - inside and out - the decor is cosy and stylish. The staff are absolutely brilliant - really fun and helpful. Everything we ate was delicious. Already looking forward to returning!

Really lovely little cafe. A few tables inside which are comfy and not too tightly packed in. Very light and airy. I had an almond croissant (delicious and really big - easily at least the equal of the ones you can get from Poached). Also had the home made granola with yoghurt and banana which was SO good. They are not stingy with the granola - the portion is really big! Great value. Staff were super helpful and friendly too.

Very impressed with both the coffee and the staff here. My latte was well balanced with great texture and the lady serving was really knowledgeable about the coffees they stocked and methods of preparation. I popped in because my normal coffee shop in Beckenham was shut and I'll definitely be going back.
