   had a great time ordering, the girls behind the counter were so cute and bubbly and looked like they really enjoyed their job. I was recommended to try the signature blend - very delicious and creamy. 10/10

   Today I went to Costa Elmer’s End with a friend to drink a tropical mango frappe and cappuccino. Francesca was working by herself without a barista. A few people in the queue left due a slow service but she couldn’t do anything. She has only two hands. Horrible to see how workers are irresponsible and selfish thinking there is always someone can do their job. She was under stress and pressure due to customers feel.

   Lovely staff doing their absolute best! Been multiple times and seen the abuse the staff receive from entitled customers, ignore the 1 star reviews of this place it's just rude people crying because they didn't get their way (stores have rules and policies people!!). Keep up the great work and I will continue to enjoy your high quality coffee and excellent service and personalities!

   It’s been a while to vist Costa Coffee and it used to be of my favs.I had an oat cappuccino, small size, totally blunt and watery charged at £3.65! the small size. Tried the espresso, as I needed a nice coffee after a long day , and was so bitter and tasteless I just left. No healthy choices for sandwiches or cakes on offer and was overall disappointed…Staff could give us a friendly smile a bit at least. You’ve lost me Costa.

   Sitting here with coffee. 3 young ladies behind the counter socialising....laughing and joking. 12 dirty tables need cleaning. Rest of the day should be easy as no room for new customers requiring clean tables!

   Ordered a medium latte with one and a half shots. Tasted rather bitter and unappealing plus a tad too strong for my liking. I suppose that there is coffee and then there's coffee. This was not so good! STOP PRESS Just returned on 16th Aug 2022 I queued for about 10 minutes in what seemed like a short queue and received 2 very average medium lattes. Not impressed. I won't bother in future...just no energy about the service!
