Had 3 tyres and tracking done here. From booking in to completion they were excellent. John also James handled it all so professional. Was exceptionally busy but it was noticeable how they all worked well as a team for the customer experience. Will definitely return.
I had to go to Kwik fit due to a puncture. The team repaired the puncture really quickly and recognised that there had been a lot going on for me that day amd didn't charge. I couldn't believe it. Lovely lads I arrived 10 minutes late stuck in traffic but they still took the car straight away and sadly needed a new tyre as it was punctured to close to the edge but they were efficient, friendly and kept me informed throughout. aussie travellers in uk for 5 weeks and got a flat tyre. arrived at 9am and was told they were fully booked that day. but Sean saw our distress and heard how we couldnt wait to get it changed so took control and changed the tyre himself, even though he was in the office working. Sean went over and above customer service and had us on the road within 40mins. he sorted out everything. thank you so much Sean, you saved our travel plans
