   Terrible Experience with Law and Lawyers Solicitors I would strongly advise avoiding Law and Lawyers Solicitors. Our purchase should have been straightforward, yet the process dragged on for more than five months because of their constant delays and lack of communication. They rarely answer calls or emails, and even simple paperwork takes an unreasonable amount of time. The case handlers we dealt with were unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of guiding us through an important milestone in our lives, they made it incredibly stressful and frustrating. When we asked for basic updates or a rough completion date, we were treated with attitude rather than support. This firm shows no urgency, no transparency, and no respect toward clients. Several others I know have also had similar experiences. Please save yourself the stress and choose a solicitor that values their clients and their time.

   Dealt for a conveyancing case last year and except for knowledge of solicitor everything was beyond poor. giving just 2 stars for knowledge of solicitor involved. You can sense the seriousness of the firm by the mere fact that they told me a day before contract exchange that signed documents are not received by them despite me posting a week ago. Never bothered to confirm or check till the last moment and throwing me into panic as a first time buyer. Absolute nightmare. To make it even worse, the management company of our leasehold house was not transferred the money to notify of sale post completion. I got to know only 6 months after buying the property while I had paid the money before buying the property. When I explained you have notified party A and not party B involved, solicitor asked me that how is party A related then. I was in arrears of my ground payment by the time I realized and management company had no way to notify and they must be asking the previous owner who couldn't care any less. The communication all throughout was absolute joke while never responding to mails. I will say avoid if you can.

   Law and Lawyers are the best when it comes to coveyencing of a property. Mr Sreekumar is an expert of the process. He made it a walk in the park even in some complicated cases I personally knew. Ours was an aution property with a lot of complications, like limited time frame for completetion, property being down valued by the bank, re-negotiating the sale price etc. He sensed and respected the how we really wanted this property. With his excellent knowledge and communications skills, he dealt with all the situations with so much maturity and ease. All we had to do was to pass on all the required documents time to time. He assigned a dedicated proffessional (Mr Titto) who was always available to support in guiding us through the necessasry documentation. Mr Titto even gave us so much mental support and confidence, when we were a bit stressed out due to the complications happend in our case(aution property). We are grateful to Mr Sreekumar and Mr Titto for making it happen for us. I would definitely reccomend Law and Lawyers, especially Mr Sreekumar and his team.

   Just after my father passed away, my sister took a Lasting Power of Attorney document to be copied and verified. This company charged £100 for this service and insisted on a cash payment. It was only later, when I took his will to be copied and verified and was only charged £5 (the firm, Russell & Russell donated this to a local hospice too) that we realised how much we'd been ripped off. I've spoken to 2 solicitors since, who were again at what we'd been charged. Avoid this firm if this is an indication of their normal practice

I've been to many solicitors before but this firm's working style is very different from others.
