I recently visited kwik fit on a Sunday as it’s the only time I had. Noticed I had a flat tire and I just wanted to know if it had a puncture. They didn’t want to know and just simply said we don’t have time. I’m honestly appalled at the customer service.
Came here for tyres and brakes, excellent service from the manager Connor, explained each and every step to me and sent me the health check without trying to push for anything I didn't need. Rare amongst mechanics. Would absolutely come back.
Drove all the way there from north wales as they had the earliest appointment and I needed help asap. Booked two days in advance, but when I arrived there was told the fitter was off sick and to come back next week. They didn't even bother to try and call & I had time off work and wasted mileage to be told that. Will never return.
Just passed my MOT at Kwik Fit and couldn’t be happier with the service! The team were friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly with no fuss. Fair prices and honest advice exactly what you want from a garage. I’ll definitely be coming back next year.
When booking for puncture repair took alllllll my info including phone number. But when I called to say I was on my way to get tyre fixed, they told me computer was down and I would need to come back in 4 days time. Considering I was driving on a slow puncture not helpful. Why didn't they use my data to call me to let me know the system was down ?!? Just one of life's mysteries I guess, like why bother going to kwik fit in the first place?
All the staff were very helpful especially Jack who went above and beyond after I’d ordered the wrong tyre. He sorted everything for me no problem at all
Id like to thank yourself and your team (ESPECIALLY Jack) For the great service received today I broke down on the motorway last night and had the car towed to your garage where jack took care of everything and called me back an hour later with 3 tyres changed and all communication with fleet company sorted hassle free. Great service
On ringing for a quotation the price i was given was extremely more expensive than a quote i received from Formula One, some £50 less, but i was pleased to say that this price was matched. The fitting of the tyre was quick and professional, very pleased.
Rang up stating that I needed 2 front tyres pretty urgently that was at 1.00 pm, turned up at 4.00 pm by 4.45 my car was ready and back on the road. Excellent customer service, polite friendy staff, work defo recommended.
