   It's a nice little branch and they serve coffee as they should. Not much more to add as there were no problems and staff were very friendly upon greeting and when it came to serving me. I didn't buy any food so I can't comment on the food. Only went in for black coffee

   Visited today to have a quick drink. Staff were a bit miserable . Busy for a Sunday which is normal. Doesn’t make for a good atmosphere when staff are like that

   Generally a nice store, I have been visiting for years. Saturday's crew need a bit of supervision and training, as they lack confidence and attention to detail. I’ve lost count how many times they mid hear me or forget things- like chocolate sprinkles to promotional drinks. Plus tiding up is often very slow, that’s even in the whiter parts of their day. It seems the two male staff are the least knowledgeable in customer service etc Overall, it’s not as efficient on Saturdays as it used to be.

   Costa is always a place to go. And if it’s cold outside, then it’s definitely a must. Had a Chai Latte and breakfast bap for me and Cappuccino for my friend. As always, drink was good. When I chose a table and was about to sit, the staff came and cleaned the table, which was a great start. But the staff who served at till and one who made the coffee were not warm enough. This was a bit unusual or May be they had a difficult customer in the morning. Overall, the visit was good. Thanks Costa.

   A standard Costa outlet. Not very busy at time of visit on 20th October. One Barista behind counter, with no customer service skill. No greeting, no smile, non verbal. Tables were uncleared of used mugs, plates etc. One female Customer,with a child, had to clean a table before use as had a major spillage on it. Was given blue paper towel Another member of staff watched this happening. Will NOT be returning here !

   It was very busy here. Lovely seating and decor. Toilet available including disabled which are nice and clean. Quick service and staff are polite.
