   Pleasantly surprised with their chai latte. I always compare to best one I’ve had and often am left disappointed, however, I enjoyed Luna cafe’s perfect amount of spice and cinnamon flavour, not overwhelming and as sweet as I like it. I had eggs florentine, they took my request into account ensuring the eggs were cooked for slightly longer, so they came out just how I liked. Flavourful and enjoyed this brunch. I would definitely try other options here again. Interior is pretty, flowery and cosy environment. Great for families.

   I and my daughter came for lunch today as my husband recommended the cafe, we are so glad we did. The food is really good especially as we are Vegan along with a great oat cupuchino. Great staff and very comfortable atmosphere. We will be back.

   My favourite cafe in the South Woodford area. Service here is nice and dining experience is great. The whole aesthetic from tables, chairs, plates and food presentation is nice. Mostly with a reasonable price and good portion sizes. I came here and had a jacket potato, coffee and smoothie. All were very nice and smoothies didn't taste like it was too sweet and full of sugar like most places. I do feel that prices of a full breakfast can be expensive and there is a lack of halal options. Would be great to have a full english here with halal meat options and know that the oils and dishes used for the halal meat is separate from the oils and dishes used for ham. I may ask next time. I feel like I will be returning here a lot more often for just a coffee or smoothie, the atmosphere is a lot nicer than other cafes, and far more comfortable.

   I was recommended this cafe and so thought I would take my partner on her birthday for brunch there with our daughter. On arrival it was very pleasant and the cafe was clean. We ordered and the food was served in good time. We all began to eat and after my daughter started tucking into her Cumberland sausage we found that it was pink in the middle as were all of the sausages. After telling the staff we had to explain it again to the store owner and was told they would replace the sausages. Unfortunately we had already eaten a lot of the food before noticing and we told them not to bother. When I went up to see what sort of cost I would still have to pay, expecting only to have to pay for the drink, I was told they would take the cost of the sausages off. My daughter suffered an upset tummy that evening. I will not be going there again as this is unacceptable and the customer service was terrible when dealing with this moment. I would have normally refused to pay but was concerned about embarrassing my daughter and partner. STEER CLEAR IF YOU LIKE YOUR FOOD COOKED PROPERLY! REGARDS Wayne
