When booking told a small hot drink and squash is available team time . No hot drink or squash available . Just told was stopped one year ago even thought it’s still stated on website when booking ?
Nice for small children. Good food and drink service. Interesting games area. Soft Play area is very safe and my Grandson loves it. Expensive admission price for adults though
AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Money scam, they want you to pay twice? The most underwhelming soft play we’ve ever had the misfortune of going in. Came in today at 11:15, was told the session was half way through, looked about 5 kids in there. Our child is at the gate crying and not understanding why he can’t play. No offer of paying to just get in there or even a care in the world. The two staff members on the till just stood around talking not doing a single thing. Never returning again. From reading other stuff online about this place I think they want you to pay for a half session and then pay again when another session starts.
Kids loved it ! Randomly found this place, very clean. Good prices. And they loved the arcade afterwards, nice little morning.
I have done a review before, which seems to have vanished.A year ago, the little man has grown since then.
Good time at soft play, however it was strictly limited to 1.5 hours. It was fantastic to find out the petting zoo was set up and accessible for free. My daughter loved holding a snake and other normal/exotic animals and reptiles. At first I thought the £11.90 entry was a little expensive for 1.5hours as during school time, it's a little more relaxed on times, but having said that, with the added bonus of the petting zoo, I was glad to pay that rate. The food and drink was a little expensive, but this time we only had drinks and was above £8 for 2 small colas and 2 small 1 flavour slushes.
Good place to bring the kids to burn off some energy. Gets very busy at the weekends. Had a birthday party here which was reasonably priced and the food was very good.
We have been here a few times (possibly 8 times) and it has always been great. Th play area is very good, very nice size ( my son is almost 4 and it is very suitable for that age, not really for the kids above age 6), the food is tasty, the standard of cleanliness is also very good. Happy with the visit.
