   Worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a vegan mature cheddar tostie , she gave me the chicken one . I am veg person. How can she be so irresponsible? and she was blaming me I orderded wrong. She was careless and overconfident . I will never go there.

   This place is unlike like any other Costa I have been to, not in a good way. I ordered a coffee to have in but was given it in a takeaway cup. When I asked for a proper cup I was told they don't have any?? The coffee was poor - you will see from the photo that it clearly isnt a cortado, more like instant nescafe you would make at home. To top it all off, the staff decided to play loud Turkish music - I know this is in Edmonton but come on. I have no idea how Costa is allowing their name to be attached to this place

   I like the coffee here but sadly the iced coffee isn’t that good. Off course I’m comparing it to iced coffee in Taiwan which is fantastic so I guess I’m not being fair. It’s a busy coffee shop as well and takes a while to get served. But the customer service is decent enough.

   It’s Costa in the Green, it’s spacious if you want to unwind and relax with various comfy chairs, it’s clean with pleasant decor. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, with loads of choice regarding the drinks, I choose cappuccino, there is an amazing choice of snacks and cakes, I love the lemon muffin

   This must be the worst Costa in London! 0% customer service or care the staff literally don't know what they are doing, don't expect to be served with any urgency or care you be waiting for long time to be greeted with someone that probably will get your order wrong or take another 10 mins to make 1 drink and ask for money without telling you the total! (The latter 2 I personally experienced) Fix up or close this branch down - what a joke!!

   I visit this Costa branch somewhat regularly. Sadly, the staff often seem under pressure and under staffed, leading to mistakes. They’ve never been rude to me though. In my experience, there can be long waits. Sometimes equipment isn’t working, such as the dishwasher. Costa food and drinks, although expensive, are very tasty.
