   The extreme loudness of the continuously rattling knackered open fridge destroys any chance of patrons having relaxed morning coffee. For the people who actually work here, I can only imagine they are all slowly developing tinnitus. Costa! Exercise your duty of care! Sort this out for the benefit of the people who serve you!

   Very convenient location, 30 seconds walking distance to Petts wood station. Toilet facility is available. You can park your car at Morrisons car park (2 hours free parking), the Costa does not have Wi-Fi, but you can use Boots Wi-Fi .

   Always get friendly service here. And beautifully made flat white. They often predict my order before I even ask. Making me feel like a valued customer. The seating area is always clean and tables are always clear. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I drink here A LOT.

   Seasonal drinks have arrived, if you like orange chocolate the orange hot chocolate is lovely. Always had good service here even when they have a trainee as the barista manager seems to keep a close eye on things.
