Well what a gem of a garage. Needed my car sorting due to it not running right. Went in to ask for a price on the works needed and price was below what I was quoted elsewhere and 2 garages not wanting to do the work also so i was booked in tbe next day to have works done. Car was diagnosed with another issue to which I was called and shown in person what the fault was and was updated by lee also with costing was & i agreed to have that done. Very happy with the service from start to finish & will be getting my custom from now on. Many thanks to you all for the quick turnaround.
After recommendations I booked my car in for its MOT. Very friendly and helpful staff. The new owner is very pleasant. My MOT was completed really quickly and my car passed with no advisories. Will definitely be going back for services and MOT. 100% recommend. Thank you.
Clearly much to do to improve the customer experience when visiting the garage, but much of it is cosmetic. I look forward to seeing a major transformation when you give the garage aesthetics a major overhaul. The service was performed timely with sound advisory recommendations. I recently had an MOT and service done at the garage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Its currently under new management and from the moment I arrived, Leigh and his team were welcoming, professional, and straight-forward about everything that needed doing. They kept me updated, explained the work clearly, and there were no hidden surprises on the bill. The car was ready when they said it would be, and it’s been running brilliantly since — you can really tell they take pride in doing a proper job. Overall, a smooth, honest, and genuinely pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone!
John was really genuine and stayed behind later to help sort out my car. When he didn’t find anything, he insisted that he wasn’t going to charge me a dime. Really happy with the service I received.
